Magnesium is an essential mineral for the human body, and is needed for relaxing muscles, bone formation and activating B vitamins. Vitamin D3 assists calcium absorption.

Calcium carbonate 375mg
- equivalent to elemental calcium 150mg
Magnesium amino acid chelate 125mg
- equivalent to elemental magnesium 25mg
Magnesium oxide-heavy 42.96mg
- equivalent to elemental magnesium 25mg
Vitamin D3 200IU
- equivalent to cholecalciferol 5mcg

Added yeast, lactose, gluten, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, artificial preservatives or dairy products.

DOSE:
Recommended adult dosage
2 tablets 2 times a day
or as advised by your healthcare professional.
