INGREDIENTS:
Linseed meal, almond meal, whey protein concentrate, cocoa bean derivatives, desiccated coconut, psyllium seed hisks, baking powder, flavour, spices, salt, sweetner, (sucralose).

Serving suggestions:
Serve hot from the oven with a dollop of low fat cream for a decedent snack or a sumptuous dessert. Wrap individual muffins in cling wrap and freeze. Grab a frozen muffin as you run out the door for a perfect mid morning snack. Microwave a frozen muffin on high for 35 seconds to thaw.
